The concept of the Companymanager Group was born when the CEO of Companymanager in Switzerland received an increasing number of international inquiries and offers. The idea behind our platform is to present internationally active management consultants and coaches so that customers can place orders directly in their countries.

In 2019, Rolf Wälchli founded the company companymanager in Switzerland.
The focus of our actions are companies, people, products and customers. They are the most important factor in processes of success and change, as well as in product launches on the market. Likewise, Mr. Wälchli does not see his consulting and mediation work as a way of confronting you with ideas and suggestions and then leaving you to your own devices.
